Manufacturer’s Warranty

All our hearing aids come with a full manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, providing coverage for repair or replacement due to faults and damages. Typically, manufacturer warranties last for 5 years, with specific information available on each product page. Please note that loss is not covered by the warranty/

Repair Process

In the event of a hardware fault with your hearing aids, we will facilitate the repair process with the manufacturer. Your aids will be shipped to our lab in the UK, where our team will manage the repair on your behalf.

Aftercare Support

For software updates or general aftercare support, our team may schedule a session with one of our audiologists. These sessions can be conducted remotely, allowing us to adjust your aids as needed to ensure optimal performance.
